Elliott Caplan and Associates Corp is affiliated with Caplan School of Real Estate LLC which instructs Pre-license courses, Brokers courses, and continuing education courses.
Both organizations are under the directorship of Elliott Caplan. Elliott was first licensed in New Jersey in 1998 after a long and successful career in the Publishing and Printing industries.
Upon beginning his Real Estate career, Elliott often said that he should have done this right out of college because he loved it so much. He immediately became a student of Real Estate.
As soon as the statutory time arrived, Elliott prepared for and took his brokers exam. He was successful as a sales associate and also as a manager of two different offices. As a Broker, he took the state mandated examination for his Instructor’s License.
In addition to his work, Elliott became active on his local board and in the entire real estate community. Following are some of the committees he has served on:
